  • No Objection Certificate (NOC): from a local municipal or health authority (if applicable).
  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Declaration: affidavit, declaring compliance with GMP.
  • Declaration of Compliance with Cosmetics Rules: undertaking that the products will comply with Indian law.
  • Labeling and Packing Artwork: labels per CDSCO guidelines (including batch number, expiry, MRP, etc.).

  • Passed intermediate exam with Chemistry as one of the subjects, or any other equivalent examination recognised by the licensing authority.
